Nov. 23, the Olney Lady Cubs hosted the Graford Lady Rabbits. The Lady Cubs played well defensively and kept the game close but could not secure the win against the Lady Rabbits.

Poet Robert Burns said it best, “the best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.” This is what went through my mind when I received a reply from a Facebook post in which I was just trying to offer support.

Can you believe that this year is coming to an end? It is hard for me to believe, but time seems to speed up as my age increases. How many times have you said and heard this? I have discovered that I’m not the only one who thinks the time is passing rapidly each year with age. Various psychologists have surmised this concept throughout the years. However, a math professor has documented that time does appear to speed up with age.
