The OHS Junior Varsity Cubs hosted a scrimmage against the Petrolia Pirates. The Cubs looked solid on offense and defense with just one area needing the most work tackles.
The Lady Cubs hosted the Perrin-Whitt Lady Pirates in a five-game series. The Lady Cubs fell to the Lady Pirates 3-2 but it was a knock-down street fight.
Olney High School hosted its very popular Meet the Cubs event and the community turned out and filled the stands to meet this year’s athletes, band members and cheerleaders.
The Olney High School Varsity Lady Cubs hosted the Christ Academy Warriors for a pre-season scrimmage. It was a chance for the Lady Cubs to test their mettle and sharpen skills against the Warriors, who have many state championships under their belt.
