The Olney Independent School District Board of Trustees at its Sept. 22 meeting covered matters from financial reports and enrollment figures to bilingual education, campus construction, and new state requirements on library book selection.
The Olney City Council on Oct. 13 approved amendments to the FY 2024–25 appropriations budget, reallocating $72,134.13 from last year’s $100,000 contingency fund to cover specific line-item costs recorded before the fiscal year ended Sept. 30.
