Surgery and patient volume boost hospital income Olney Hamilton Hospital is experiencing a major turnaround in its finances, with a $1-million swing in operating income compared to the same period last year. United Methodist Church of Olney to Hold Harvest Festival

For decades, Harvest Festival has provided thousands of dollars for missions on the local, state, national, and international levels. Proceeds have been awarded to everything from our church food pantry, House of Mercy, Glen Lake Camp scholarships, children’s ministry, financial support for missionaries serving other countries, water wells in Kenya, Olney Senior Cub Center, The Refuge, and our church benevolent fund. This year, our benevolent fund has provided eye exams and glasses, if needed, for 15 adults in our community. We hope to continue that ministry, as well as all the others. Harvest Festival is our version of Texoma Gives.

THE REFUGE DEVOTIONAL

“Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” Revelation 5:12 NASBS Beloved of God, If you are in Christ, then you are indeed a new creation. From the very moment faith was born in your heart, the Holy Spirit began to whisper divine truths into your soul. As a cold coal begins to glow when set among the flames, so your heart has been set alight by the Holy Spirit—igniting within you a holy yearning to know the Lord Jesus Christ, to walk in the power of His resurrection, and to be conformed to His death, so that by any means, you may one day stand in His presence with holy adoration and worship.
