State Farm is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2022 by building the State Farm Neighborhood Assist grant program bigger. That means more submissions, more grants and spreading good to more communities!
WICHITA FALLS, Texas (January 12, 2022) - Local students graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas, in Fall 2021. MSU Texas awarded degrees to 494 undergraduate and graduate students. Honor graduates receiving bachelor degrees included 40 summa cum laude, 48 magna cum laude, and 45 cum laude. Honor requirements are a grade point average of 3.9-4.0 for summa cum laude, 3.7- 3.89 for magna cum laude, and 3.5-3.69 for cum laude. Honor graduates are designated in the list below.
On Jan. 11, the Lady Cubs hosted the Electra Lady Pirates for the team’s first home district game of the season. The Lady Cubs fought hard but could not contain the Lady Pirates, losing 27-48.
On Jan. 4, the Olney Cubs Varsity Basketball squad traveled to Moran to battle the Bulldogs. The Cubs fought hard and secured the win with Cubs-71 Bulldogs-14. The following are highlights from the match-up.
