The Olney Senior Cub Center is looking for singers, dancers, comedians, musicians, and other performers willing to donate their talents for a good cause - nutrition for the growing number of low-income seniors.
The City of Olney’s new city administrator, Andy Wolfe, moved to Olney along with his family : wife, Rebecca, and daughters Rylee, 12, and Avery, 11 -They arrived in town on May 8. The City of Olney officially welcomed two new city councilmembers as Sammy Livingston and Colson Ballard were sworn into office during the May 11 meeting of the Olney City Council. Mayor Rue Rogers also took the oath of office after running unopposed in the May 2 election.
After nearly half a century serving the City of Olney, longtime City Attorney Bill Myers has officially retired.
