A new Olney catering business got a much bigger introduction than owner Katie Grubbs expected when The Well & Table served up 200 meals for a back-toschool teacher training sponsored by Texas-New Mexico Power.

When I get the selected purchases to my kitchen, that is when the work begins! I wash, cut, and prepare the various fruits and vegetables for my freezer. The freezer is my best friend!
