Jacksboro Attorney David Spiller has entered the race for the District 68 House seat. Spiller is a lifelong resident of Jacksboro and has been the City Attorney in Jacksboro for 33 years, General Counsel for the Jack County Hospital District for 30 years, and has now been on the school board for 26 years.
