The Olney Heritage Museum is featuring a new exhibit: a hand-crafted, model truck and backhoe designed and built by the late John Tomlinson. His wife, Kim Tomlinson, has graciously donated the models to the museum for all to enjoy.
On Wed., Jan. 14, a grass fire occurred at Campbell (Lewis) Ranch located off Hwy 1768. Olney Volunteer fireman Jason Pack shared details as one of many volunteer firefighters from five different fire stations who extinguished the flames that burned 320 acres of grass.

All candidates had similar initiatives that they deem essential to folks in rural Texas. Redistricting was at the forefront of each candidate’s introduction.
