First Baptist Church of Olney (FBCO) brings Chick-fil-A to Olney with its Youth Camp Fundraiser Tuesday, May 17. Supporters may purchase meals at FBCO, located at 201 W. Main Street. The meal will include a sandwich, chips, cookies and a bottle of water.
Don Berry, a longtime resident of Olney, was husband to retired Olney High School [OHS] Principal Kay Berry, OHS principal from 1993 to 2004. Berry said Kay passed about four years ago but considered it a blessing, saying Kay wanted to go quickly in her sleep when she went to be with the Lord.

Do you remember “Texas Country Reporter”? It must’ve come on on Sunday nights when I was a kid, and watching it sort of signaled the end of the weekend.
