Olney residents brought more complaints to the City about the switchover from community dumpsters to single- household poly carts with problems ranging from the illegal use of business dumpsters to senior citizens’ difficulties in maneuvering the carts to garbage trucks tearing up property.
I grew up with the light of my dad’s incredible talent shining on me. I didn’t feel like I was in a shadow. It was more like a beacon that drew me into the church, and helped me to grow in my abilities, in my confidence, and with a firm understanding of how even a little child matters in God’s kingdom.
Teens from the First Baptist Church of Olney and churches in Austin and Stephenville spent a week ministering to Germans alongside International Mission Board missionaries in Munich earlier this month, in their first international trip as a group.
