It’s that time of year again, the Young County Junior Livestock Show [YCJLSS]! Youth from Texas have been working hard raising, feeding, grooming and training their prized pig, cattle, and bunnies to show off their skill and dedication at the annual Stock Show. Just because the packaging has “No added sugar,” that doesn’t mean that the product is healthier--to better food choices, you must be familiar with all names for sugar.

Previously, I wrote about how sometimes it’s all about the journey and not the destination at times. Sometimes it is all about the destination as well. The destination can be just as important as the journey in some cases, like moving to a new town to start over or improve your life or arriving at the end of a journey of self-discovery or self-improvement, either physically, spiritually or mentally.
