I can finally breathe a big sigh of relief; Cub football season is upon us! How come the football season is so short compared to other sports seasons? I played football as a kid, so maybe it’s that connection to the sport that has me so enamored with football.
It’s grandbabies week for this Mi- Mommy. The Colorado scenery is breathtakingly beautiful, and the temperatures are refreshingly cool. I am totally happy about missing those triple-digit days we’ve been having in Olney, but I do miss my buddies at the Cub Center. But, first I want to soak in as much as I can of the delights Colorado has to offer before returning home.
