It is 6 a.m. as I sit in the office writing this week’s article. While getting prepared to work finalize the next issue, I laughed at my attempt to avoid working on Sundays.
About six months or so after moving to Olney, I toured and attended many churches. I felt a real connection to Southside Baptist church.
One of my favorite bands wrote a song back in the 90’s called “The Sound of Lies.” I remember nineteen year old me, driving around singing it at the top of my lungs.
