JACKSBORO, Texas (Oct 14, 2020) – As the state of healthcare in the region continues to evolve, Faith Community Health System announces its expansion with the acquisition of Graham Healthcare and Urgent Care located at 1005 Elm St in Graham, Texas. The acquisition will convert the physician-owned clinic to a hospital-based facility in a non-monetary change of ownership transaction.
