Students from Olney High School’s Student Council and National Honor Society are raising money for what they hope will be a life-changing week this summer — seven days on the Green River in Utah with the National Outdoor Leadership School.
The Olney City Council is moving ahead with its search for a new city administrator, six months after the position became vacant.
The three companies vying to build Olney’s next water treatment plant stood last Thursday morning in the shadow of the city’s existing one — a collection of buildings and concrete tanks that has done its job for generations.
From the rodeo arena in Fort Worth to university campuses across Texas and beyond, Olney-area students are collecting honors this winter.
