Olney Independent School District welcomed 34 new staff members for the 2023–24 school year – the most turnover the District has seen in nearly a decade, Superintendent Dr. Greg Roach told the group during their orientation last week.
What a fantastic year we experienced in 2023. As we selected the best stories from last year, I was reminded of how blessed we are to be part of this community. I am incredibly fortunate to have an excellent team to cover the stories that matter most. Also, I am grateful for our columnists and all the writers who submit content to make our newspaper the talk of the town.
