And lastly, the hope and excitement of a New Year’s possibilities. Yet, behind the glow of twinkling lights and the scent of cinnamon candles, many brace themselves for emotional turmoil. The holidays promise joy and connection, but also bring stress, loneliness, and unrealistic expectations. Emotional preparation is essential for maintaining balance and well-being during the holiday season.

Since then, Harvard has come out with a study that details that acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, may be associated with symptoms such as Autism and ADHD if the child is exposed in the womb. This research was shared at a press conference held by President Donald Trump.
