Junior Altruistic Club Holds Annual Geranium Sale Through March 23

The Olney Junior Altruistic Club is once again preparing for its annual geranium sale, inviting the community to add a splash of color to porches, patios and flower beds while supporting local service projects.

Club members are currently taking pre-orders for the popular plants, which come in 6.5-inch pots and will be available in red, hot pink, and coral-salmon.

Each plant sells for $12, with proceeds helping the club continue its work in the community.

Orders will be taken through Monday, March 23. The flowers will be ready for pickup on April 1 from 10 a.m. to noon behind Brazos Communications, located at the corner of Avenue E and Elm.

Organizers note that contributions are not tax-exempt, but every purchase helps support the club’s ongoing community efforts.
