Dinos Live Large at The Old Post Office

Parents and grandparents looking for a fun, educational outing with their little ones won’t want to miss Dinosaur Revolution.

This new hands-on exhibit opens on Aug. 9 at the Old Post Office Museum & Art Center in Graham. The exhibit runs through Oct. 25, giving families plenty of time to plan a visit.

This interactive experience invites children to “live large” as dinosaurs through role-play adventures, fossil digs, and exciting dino-themed challenges.

Kids can stomp like a T. rex, glide through the air like a Jurassic flyer, and even earn their Jr. Paleontologist credentials.

“Kids love dinosaurs, and this exhibit gives them a chance to not only see them, but to experience what it might have been like to be one,” said museum executive director Lynsey Browning. “It’s the perfect mix of learning and play for families.”

Visitors can take on three Mesozoic Missions, test their knowledge with dinosaur trivia, debunk myths (were dinosaurs warm-blooded?), and climb through time on a wall of mysteries. Created by Minotaur Mazes, a Seattle-based company that builds interactive educational exhibits for children and adults worldwide, Dinosaur Revolution blends science and fun to spark curiosity in visitors of all ages.
