Olney Legion Post 414 Hosts Scouts Pinewood Derby

The Olney American Legion Post 414 hosted the Cub Scout troop 414’s Pinewood Derby Race on the evening of Monday, Feb. 16.
The race was such a success that it may return next year, Legion Post 414 Commander Chris Garcia said.
“We (derby volunteers) were super excited that the kids have worked so hard on the cars for the past month and now the kids get to have some fun with all their hard work,” Commander Garcia said.
The scouts earned merit badges and medals for the night’s event.
