Cub Center Hosts Game Night

Our friends over at the Young County Olney Cub Senior Center hosted a July game and potluck night. The social event aimed at bringing the community together, young and old, for an evening of games, food and fellowship has grown and become very popular over the last year.

Cub Center Director Angela Lockard and Cub Center Activity Director Candy Blair suggest bringing a dish – either main course, side or dessert – to the event.

Games played on a regular basis are chickenfoot - a domino game, hand and foot - a card game and 42 - a domino game, but many other games are played as well, and attendees are always willing to try new games.

The game night is held on the third Thursday of each month from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
