Seventh-Grade Cubs Claim Victory Over Pirates

The Olney seventh grade Cubs played the Petrolia Pirates Tuesday, Dec. 17, in Petrolia. The Cubs sunk the Pirate with a winning score of 48-20.

The seventh-grade team comprises Jacob Hernandez #1, Brady Lisle #2, Braulio Florez #4, Bladimir Ramirez #5, Noah Hernandez #10, Rudolfo Arce #13, Angel Alvarado #21, Dominic Bedford #25, Jordan Jacoba #30, Gatlin Guy #33, and Alex Lewis #34.

The Cubs scored 18 points in the first quarter, 3 points in the second quarter, 16 points in the third and 9 points in the fourth bringing the total Cubs score to 48.

Of the points scored by the Cubs, Jacoba scored 18 points, Guy made 12 points, Lisle gained 5 points, Jacob Hernandez put up 4 points, Florez got 3 points and Noah Hernandez, Bedford and Alvarado got 2 points each.
