During the Olney Cubs varsity track meet March 21, Parker Mayers soars far above the competition to secure first place on the long jump with a distance of 22 feet and 5 inches.
Other highlights include: Arryn Eli of Newcastle ISD placing first in discus and shot put. John Brice of Newcastle placed first in the 100-meter with a time of 11 minutes 30 seconds, and he placed first in the 200-meter. Kiara Owen placed second in the 800-meter.
