Olney Cubs Basketball Team are Bi-District Champions

The 2018-2019 Olney Cubs basketball season draws to a close. The Cubs claimed a victory over the Goldthwaite Eagles to clinch the Bi-district title with a score of 54-46 Monday, Feb. 18.
The Cubs lost to the Poolville Monarchs at their area game in Jacksboro 50-32 Friday, Feb. 22, bringing their season to an end.
The Varsity Cubs team performed far above everyone’s anticipation. The Cubs finished 4-5 in district and 12-9 in regular season. Many in Olney expressed their joy and the pride they have for these Cubs. Olney looks forward to the next season of Cub basketball. Fight on Cubs!!
