OHS athletes shine at Area meet in Graham, move on to Regionals

Olney High School [OHS] student athletes traveled to Graham on April 11 to compete in the UIL Area Track Meet.

Three students qualified to compete in the UIL Regional Track Meet in Springtown on April 19-20, those placing first and second in their field event will qualify to compete in the State UIL Championship later in the year.

Those from OHS moving on to Regionals are Jaylee Bowers who earned the Area Championship for 100m hurdles. Bowers also is moving on to Regionals for 300m hurdles. Ana Vasquez is moving on to Regionals for a fourth place finish in 100m hurdles and Camron McComack qualified in pole vault and hurdles.
