Biden’s first action upon taking office four years ago was to reverse President Trump’s successful ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy. The consequences have proven deadly.

For too long, dangerous criminals have been set free in our nation while waiting for their day in court. Countless bad actors have been allowed to exploit the system and disappear into the United States, never to be seen again.

With violence, murder, drug smuggling, and cartel activity terrorizing our communities, now more than ever we must be aware of who is in our country.

In November, 77 million Americans sent a message to Washington, D.C.: it is time we take back our country.

I recently introduced legislation to make President Trump’s ‘Remain in Mexico’ policy permanent. This life-saving legislation lays the groundwork to reverse the deadly Democrat-created border crisis by federally mandating that those awaiting a court date do so from their country of origin.

We are a land of laws. It is time we act like it and put the safety of Americans first.
