District Attorney July pleas

Cases pled in the 90th Judicial District Court for the Month of June:

Terri Gail Snow, 38, of Olney pled guilty to the offense of Sexual Performance by A Child – Employ/Induce/ Authorize, and was sentenced to 45 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institution Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay court costs.

Terri Gail Snow, pled guilty to the offense of Indecency with Child by Sexual Contact, and was sentenced to 45 years confinement in the TDCJ- ID, and was ordered to pay $10,000 fine and court costs.

Terri Gail Snow, pled guilty to the offense of Indecency with Child by Sexual Contact, and was sentenced to 45 years confinement in the TDCJ- ID, and was ordered to pay court costs Jennifer Yvonne Rodriguez, 45, of Olney pled guilty to the offense of Fraud Use/Possession of Identifying Information #Items 10<50 – Elderly, and was sentenced to 15 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine and court cost.

Jennifer Yvonne Rodriguez, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 15 years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.

Jennifer Yvonne Rodriguez, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to 18 months confinement Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail (TDCJ- SJ), and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.

Jeffery Ethan Ford, 30, of Olney pled guilty to the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, and was sentenced to eight years confinement in the TDCJ- ID and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court cost. Jeffery Ethan Ford, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Assault Causes Bodily Injury Family Member – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to 150 days confinement in the county jail, and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.

Rey Joban Gonzales- Payan, 26, of Olney pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Heroin, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court cost and restitution.

Rey Joban Gonzales- Payan pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court cost.

Rey Joban Gonzales- Payan pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Heroin, and was sentenced to five years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay court cost and restitution.
