Stanley Ondricek

Stanley Ondricek, 83 of Olney, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019 in Olney.

Services will be held Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby King officiating. Burial will be in the Seymour Catholic Cemetery under the direction of Archer Funeral Home.

Stanley was born December 19, 1935 in Seymour to Stanley Albert and Lillie Edith Stavinoha Ondricek. He grew up in Bomarton, was a graduate of Seymour High School and Draughons Business College. Stanley worked for Ferrier Bros, then began farming and working in the oil field. He owned and operated his own drilling companies and spent many years in production and consulting. He was a Director of the Farm Bureau and was on the Farmer’s Coop for many years. Stanley married Earllyn Millhollon on February 10, 1989. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Cynthia Stout and a stepson, Spencer Sadler.

Survivors include his wife, Earllyn Ondricek of Olney; a son, Kirk Ondricek and wife, Misti of Olney; a daughter, Sylvia King and husband, Bobby of Great Falls, Montana; 2 step-sons, Kent Sadler and wife, Kimi of Ft. Worth and Mark Stanfill and wife, Denise of Plano; a step-daughter, Laura Moore of McKinney; a brother, Johnny Ondricek and wife, Ruth Ann of Wichita Falls; a sister, Alena McKee and husband, Robert of Graford; 8 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
