Jason Robert Taack

Jason Robert Taack, 46, of Wichita Falls, Texas, sadly left us on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Jason battled stomach cancer that spread to the brain for three years. He was a fighter to the end.

Jason was born to John and Carla Taack in Olney, Texas on August 29, 1976. He graduated from Olney High School in 1994. He attended college at Midwestern State University where he met and stole the heart of his wife, April. Jason and April were married on May 22, 1999. He graduated in December 1999 with his Bachelors of Business Administration and then his Masters of Business Administration in May 2001. Jason worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield for almost 22 years where he became a part of a wonderful work family.

Jason loved his family fiercely. His favorite times were with his wife, sons, parents, and friends. He loved to joke around and enjoy life with the ones he loved. Jason was an avid reader of all genres. He loved to play his guitars, play video games, and listen to all styles of music. Jason was a die-hard Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved football and playing fantasy football with his friends. Jason was a loving husband, father, son, and friend.

of almost 23 years, his two sons, Austin Taack and Ethan Taack, his parents, John and Carla Taack, his uncle, Wilson Taack and wife Lafonda, his cousin, Will Taack and wife Miranda, his 3 brothers- in-law, Tom Cowen, Jim Hunter and wife Stephanie, and David Hunter and wife Terra, his 3 sisters-in-law, Susan Cowen, Tina Russell, and Karen Cowen, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jason was an amazing man and will be missed by many.
