Jannell “Shirley Jannell” Baker Sefcik
Jannell (Shirley Jannell) Baker Sefcik, 55 of Olney and formerly of Jacksboro, passed away on July 27, 2024 in Wichita Falls.
Jannell was born on August 12, 1968, in Ballinger, Texas to Barbara Baker Childers and was raised by Barbara and Roy Childers. Shirley was a housewife and loved photography, her children, nieces and nephews. She was a member of Hope Family Church.
She and Garry have been together since October 14, 1984 and were married on November 6, 1985 in Graham.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Roy Childers in 2009 and Barbara Baker Childers in 2019 and a brother: Troy Childers on May 12, 1982.
She is survived by her husband: Garry Sefcik of Olney; daughter: Alisha Rich and husband Brandon of Cleburne, Texas; son Michael Sefcik of Olney; brothers: James Lynn Childers and wife Tasha of South Carolina and Craig Childers of Graham; sisters: Elizabeth McMillan and husband Tim of Alexander, Texas and Shannon Kunkleman and husband Jerry Colwick of Graham; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 PM, Monday, July 29, 2024 at McMillan Satterwhite Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at McMillan Satterwhite Funeral Home.
Interment will be private.
