Gladys Vogel

A Loving Mother, devoted caregiver to many. She loved doing ceramics, crocheting anything from doilies to table cloths, bed coverlets. Sketching and painting pictures of all kinds, she loved P.K. Lake - feeding the ducks, riding on a sea doo, searching for seashells, daily golf cart rides. Always wanting to help at church, “ Our Redeemer Church” she gave her time helping in Sunday school, Vacation Bible School, gatherings, that continued in other churches “ St. Luke Lutheran and Trinity Faith Lutheran.”

She was born June 27, 1934 and went to be with the Lord December 17, 2020. Preceded in death by parents E.P. and Clara Lingnau, brother Irby Lingnau and daughter Sandra McComis and 2 Great grandchildren.

Survived by her children: Sharon Finke and Husband Charlie, Debbie Loafman and Husband Thomas, Nancy George and Husband Rhonell, Donnie Kunkel and wife Brenda, and 11 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

The services were held at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. Burial following service at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice Plus in Wichita Falls.
