William Michael Bahl II, (55 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Child Pornography 50 or More Visual Depictions or Video, and was sentenced to forty-five (45) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID). This sentence shall run consecutively (stacked) with the offense of Possession of Child Pornography Child Under 10 Years of age, and was ordered to pay $5,000 fine, court cost and restitution.

Homero Beltran-Delrio Jr, (64 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Penalty Group 1/1-B – Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to twenty-five (25) years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay $5,000 fine, court cost and restitution.
Sammy Ray Kramer, (58 years of age): Woodson, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver Penalty Group 1/1-B Four Grams or More but Less Than 200 Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to eighteen (18) years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay $10,000 fine, court cost and restitution.
Felicia Lee Penfield, (27 years of age): Haskell, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to proceed to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Assault Peace Officer/ Judge, and was sentenced to eighteen (18) years confinement in the TDCJ- ID, and was ordered to pay court cost.
Johnathan Reed Brown, (34 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, and was sentenced to seven (7) years confinement in the TDCJ-ID, and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.
Anthony Dwight Schmitz, (33 years of age): Mineral Wells, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Theft of Property $2,500 or More but Less Than $30,000, and was sentenced to twenty (20) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and was ordered to pay $2,500 fine and court cost.

Hunter Wayne Strawbridge, (27 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1- B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to six (6) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court cost and restitution.
Hunter Wayne Strawbridge, pled guilty to the offense of Continuous Violence Against the Family, and was sentenced to six (6) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay court cost.
Ann Marie Stevenson, (32 years of age): Penrose, Colorado, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five (5) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine, court cost and restitution.
Katerin Lisbet Viera – Leiva, (18 years of age), Houston, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Smuggling of Persons, and was sentenced to three (3) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court cost.
James Michael Farmer Jr, (49 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Obstructing Highway or Other Passageway – Lesser Included Offense, and was sentenced to eighteen (18) months Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $500 fine and court cost.
