Girls’ Basketball Update

On Nov. 15, girls basketball played Alvord at home. JV unfortunately lost 9-41. The Varsity team won 34-25 against Alvord.
“The girls worked hard and never quit,” Coach Meredith Caffey said. “They worked as a team by looking up at the floor, making good passes, and communicating with each other. We are excited about the season, and we are ready to compete. “
Sophomore Natalie Simmons scored 16 points in the varsity game, and freshman Oaklan Hopkins had a few key steals in this matchup.
