District Attorney Pleas for May and June

Stephanie Michelle Griffin, (51 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to nine (9) months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and was ordered to pay court cost.

Julia Noelle Burks, (34 years of age): Loving, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B – Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to nine (9) months confinement in the TDCJ-SJ, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine, court cost and restitution.

Mack Ward Hamrick Jr, (39 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Assault Family/Household Member - Impede Breath/Circulation, and was sentenced to five (5) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court cost and restitution.

Daniel Ray Rios-Herebia, (27 years of age); Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Injury to an Elderly with Intentional Bodily Injury, and was sentenced to four (4) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court cost.

Terry Joe Ward, (45 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Online Solicit of a Minor, and was sentenced to ten (10) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay $2,000 fine and court cost.

George Gallegos-Rodriguez, (34 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Assault Family or Household Member – Impede Breath or Circulation, and was sentenced to four (4) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $750 fine and court cost.

Amanda Michelle Villalpando, (35 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Burglary of Building, and was sentenced to three (3) years Community Supervision and was ordered to pay court cost.
