The Olney American Legion Post 414 performed a flag retirement ceremony on Sunday evening. The ceremony includes a flag inspection and prayer shown here. City Councilmember and Legion Chaplain Steven Nurre, Post Vice Commander Eric Loggins, and Post Commander Chris Garcia.
