Cubs Sharpen Skills at Basketball Camp

Coach Eric Symank continues to host basketball skills camp heading into mid-summer. Younger athletes attend camp in two age groups, all from elementary school.

Older athletes, junior high and higher, take part in summer leagues, travelling to different schools keeping skills sharp and bodies in shape ready for the fall season.

These are the tools that will allow these student athletes to outshine their opponents for the fall basketball season.

It’s not all work as the younger students earn rewards like Yeti tumblers, sweet treats and shirts.

For these athletes it has been mostly smiles and laughter not seeming like a workout at all.
