Felisiano Villalpando III, 40, of Olney pled guilty to aggravated assault on a family/ household member with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to 10 years of community supervision and was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and court costs.

Felisiano H. Villalpando Jr., 64, of Olney pled guilty to assaulting a family member by impeding breath/circulation and was sentenced to four years of community supervision and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and court costs.

Gloria Maria Aguilar, 46, of Newcastle pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1/1-B – one gram or more but less than four grams methamphetamine. She was sentenced to four years of community supervision and ordered to pay a $5,000 fine, court costs, and restitution.

Cases pled in the 90th Judicial District Court for January: Traci Gene Willoughby, 37, of Olney pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1/1-B one gram or more but less than four grams - methamphetamine. She was sentenced to six years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice - Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and ordered to pay a $750 fine, court costs, and restitution.

Traci Gene Willoughby pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s motion to proceed to adjudicate community supervision for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1/1-B less than one gram – methamphetamine. She was sentenced to 20 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail (TDCJ- SJ), and ordered to pay the remaining court costs.

Karah Lahna Dame, 28, of Olney pled guilty to assault with bodily injury to emergency services personnel. She was sentenced to four years in the TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay a $2000 fine, court costs, and restitution.

Tony Dwayne Clayton, 56, of Olney pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s motion to proceed to adjudicate community supervision for forgery of a financial instrument. He was sentenced to 24 months in the TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay the remaining court costs.

Riley Kenneth Ferguson, 33, of Olney pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s motion to proceed to adjudicate community supervision for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 - less than one gram - methamphetamine, was sentenced to 16 months in the TDCJ- SJ, and ordered to pay remaining court cost.
