District Attorney’s September pleas

Johanna Sharon Delira, 21, of Olney pleaded guilty to Intoxication Manslaughter with Vehicle, and was sentenced to eight years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division. She was ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, court costs, and restitution.

Summer Lynn Krick, 22, of Graham pleaded guilty to Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon on an Olney woman, and was sentenced to seven years in the TDCJ-ID. She was ordered to pay a $150 fine and court costs.

Brandon Louis Wimberly, 43, of Olney pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for Forgery of a Financial Instrument, and was sentenced to nine months in state jail. He was ordered to pay remaining court costs. Mr. Wimberly also pleaded true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to nine months confinement in state jail. He was ordered to pay remaining court costs.

Michael Wayne Uselton, 27, of Olney pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years of community supervision. He was ordered to pay a $750 fine, court costs and restitution.

Stephanie Michelle Griffin, 50, of Olney pleaded guilty to Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to three years of community supervision. She was ordered to pay a $750 fine, court costs and restitution.
