District Attorney’s August plea deals
Cases pled in the 90th Judicial District Court for the Month of August: Jason Figeroa, (46 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled true to violations 1A, 8, and 12 and pled not true to violation 13 alleged in the State’s Motion to Revoke Community Supervision for the offense of Driving While Intoxicated, Third or More, and was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and was ordered to pay remaining fine and court cost.
Wendell Jud Neal, (52 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to seventeen (17) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail (TDCJ-SJ), and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.
Amanda Kay Castro, (45 years of age): Archer City, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine, and was sentenced to five (5) years of Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,500 fine, court cost and restitution.
Amanda Kay Castro, pled guilty to the offense of Theft of Property Less Than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions, and was sentenced to five (5) years Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay court cost.
Johnathan Reed Brown, (32 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon, and was sentenced to four (4) years of Community Supervision, and was ordered to pay $1,000 fine and court cost.
