Second child victim ID’d in Terri Snow case

A second minor victim has been identified in the case of Terry Gail Snow of Olney, who now faces charges of indecency with a child/sexual contact and sexual performance of a child, induce/ authorize between January and February of 2023, according to police records.

Police arrested Mrs. Snow in January after the teenage victim told school officials that he had been sexually abused on multiple occasions, according to a police affidavit. The juvenile victim told a teacher at a school in another jurisdiction, that Ms. Snow’s incarcerated husband, Dusty Shane Snow had instructed the teen by telephone to perform sex acts on her while Mr. Snow listened.

Det. Hudson arrested Ms. Snow after obtaining several phone recordings of conversations between January and March 2023 from the prison, the affidavit said.

Police learned about the second victim during a forensic interview with the first victim in February, according to a March 13 police affidavit. The second victim affirmed that he and Mrs. Snow had a sexual relationship that began about two weeks before Mr. Snow went to prison. The second victim said that when he spoke to Mr. Snow on the phone, Mr. Snow would “take the conversation to a sexual nature, telling him what Terri is into sexually and asking … what he likes and what he is into sexually,” the affidavit said. The phone calls allegedly began last October, the affidavit said.

The victim stated that Mr. Snow was on the telephone during the sexual encounters, the affidavit said.

When interviewed in Wichita County Jail, where she was residing, Mrs. Snow confirmed that she and the victim had sexual intercourse in a performance for her husband on the phone, the affidavit said. The cases are in pretrial hearings, court records show.
