Courtney Bozeman of Newcastle ISD was named the 2024 Region 9 Secondary Teacher of the Year. Bozeman is a high school math teacher at Newcastle School. Texas Teacher of the Year is the highest honor that the State of Texas can bestow upon a teacher.
