Both motions passed unanimously. President Farmer moved on to the election of officers. Mark McClelland made a motion to keep the existing officers and Dr. Steve Atchley seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously to keep Lewis Farmer as president, Mark McClelland as vice president, Carla Perry as secretary/treasurer, and Carl Craig as the finance committee chairman. President Farmer adjourned the meeting at 5:40 p.m.
