OHS students impress at TMSCA

Olney High School competed at the State TSMCA meet in San Antonio and came home with quite a bit of hardware. They earned overall third place team, third place Number Sense Team, fourth place Calculator Team, third Place Mathematics Team and third place Science team. Individual results are as follows:

Aidyn Bitner: 9th Grade Top Gun, first place 9th grade Number Sense, third place 9th-grade Calculator, second Place 9th Grade Math

Caleb Johnson: fifth place 9th grade Number Sense, fifth place 9th-grade Calculator

Peyton Valdez: 10th Grade Top Gun, sixth place 10th Grade Number Sense, fifth place 10th Grade Math, first place 10th grade Science

Jennifer Martinez: fifth Place 11th Grade Calculator, sixth Place 11th grade Math

Peyton Kulhanek: third Place 12th Grade Number Sense

Sarah Roach: second Place 12th grade Number Sense, fourth Place 9th Grade Calculator, fourth Place 9th grade Math. Sarah was also a Scholarship winner after placing third overall among seniors, a huge accomplishment!
