Olney Chamber of Commerce Holds Christmas In The Air for Olney Cititzens
The Olney Chamber of Commerce held its annual “Christmas in the Air” event Monday, Dec. 3, at the Iron Corner. Santa arrived in Santa style. He high-fived the children awaiting his arrival and then he took his post to listen to all the Christmas wishes.
The children and parents waited in line as music played courtesy of Chris Widner and Christmas carolers. The Olney Elementary school students performed. Parents shopped at several vendor booths and rode carriage rides courtesy of Jason’s Carriage Rides while the children rode the trains, roasted marshmallows, made s’mores and petted the goats at the petting booth. Hometown Coffee and Tea sold hot chocolate and the Kettle Corn folks sold their yummy popcorn.
Stacy Wade with the Chamber awarded prizes to the students who won the coloring contest.
