Cubs battle Munday Moguls in first football scrimage of the season

The scrimmage match against the Munday Mogals was rescheduled from Friday, August 17 at 6:00 p.m. to Saturday, August 18 at 9:00 a.m. due to a lightning storm.

The Cubs started off unsteady, but soon gained confidence as the match progressed. They had several good offensive plays and some good defensive blocks.

One player sustained a wrist injury and had to be taken to the hospital.

The Cubs face the Ranger Bulldogs this Friday, August 24 in Ranger, TX.
