Damaion Maurice Fleming Jr., (33 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon, and was sentenced to twelve (12) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ- ID) and was ordered to pay remaining court cost.
