Tower holds 18th junior golf tourney

The 18th annual Tower Extrusions Junior Golf Tournament was held Saturday, June 22 at the Olney Country Club for kids ages 3 to 18. The 13- to 18-year olds pictured above competed as two-person teams in a scramble and closest-to-the-pin and long drive contests. The winners for the scramble for the 13-18 group were: Caleb Johnson and Mia Olveira, first place; Kelson Wales and Cole McAlexander, second place; Colby Johnson and Ryder Lisle, third place. Brady Lisle, Case Gray, Ozzy Trejo, Easton Hedge, Adi Pinkson, Maddy Erwin, Graham Heartfield, Karson Willingham, Korney Whitfield and Kevin Martin also participated. Mia Olveira won the Girls’ Long Drive, Kortney Whitfield took second place. Ryder Lisle won the Boys’ Long Drive, Caleb Johnson took second place. Adi PInkston won the Girls’ Closest to the Pin contest. Caleb Johnson won the Boys’ Closest to the Pin Contest.
