Pleas from 90th Judicial District Cases pled in the 90th Judicial District Court for the Month of January: Justin Ryan Snow, (42 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Continuous Sexual Abuse of Child Under 14 Years of Age and was sentenced to forty-five (45) years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – Institutional Division (TDCJ-ID), and ordered to pay court costs.
Daniel Robert Key, (24 years of age): Eliasville, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Sexual Assault of a Child, and was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay remaining fine and court costs; Daniel Robert Key, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury and was sentenced to eight (8) years confinement in the Texas Department of TDCJ-ID, and ordered to pay remaining restitution and court costs.
Jason Scott Espey, (30 years of age): Graham, Texas, pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Burglary of a Building, and was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice – State Jail Division (TDCJ-SJ), and ordered to pay remaining fine, restitution, and court costs; Jason Scott Espey, Pled true to the violations alleged in the State’s Motion to Adjudicate Community Supervision for the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Less Than One Gram – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to fifteen (15) months confinement in TDCJ-SJ, and ordered to pay remaining fine and court costs.
Stephanie Marie Currens, (37 years of age): Graford, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Possession of Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1/1-B One Gram or More but Less Than Four Grams – Methamphetamine and was sentenced to five (5) years community supervision, and ordered to pay $500 fine, restitution, and court costs.
Whitney Nicole Wise, (33 years of age): Olney, Texas, pled guilty to the offense of Abandon/Endanger Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four (4) years community supervision, and ordered to pay $500 fine, restitution, and court costs; Whitney Nicole Wise, pled guilty to the offense of Abandon/Endanger Child – Intentionally/Knowingly/Recklessly/Criminal Negligence, and was sentenced to four (4) years community supervision, and ordered to pay court costs.
