Olney Chamber of Commerce Networking Social at OHM

The Olney Chamber of Commerce (OCC) hosted its second members networking night Aug. 5 at Olney Heritage Museum, located at 213 E. Main Street.

OCC Director Deidre Choat-Brown said, “The night [OCC networking night] was all about bringing members to the Olney Heritage Museum to check it out, have fun and have the chance to meet other chamber members they may not usually see daily.”

Chamber business Hometown Coffee & Tea provided the food that consisted of meatballs, veggie cups, fruit kabobs and other light hors d’ oeuvres.

While Olney Heritage Museum hosted the event, Olney Interbank was the sponsor. All chamber businesses have the opportunity to host and sponsor the chamber events and member networking socials throughout the year. Choat says the next big event hosted by the Olney Chamber will be the annual car show, scheduled for Sept. 11.
